Shipping & returns

Where we ship

We currently ship to physical addresses in the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Timing

Orders usually process in 1–3 business days. Supplier-estimated delivery is 5–11 days after processing. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, and address issues can extend these estimates.

Returns

Contact us within 30 days of delivery before returning an item. Items should be unused and in their original condition. Do not send an unauthorized return; we will provide the correct instructions and destination for your order.

Damaged or defective items

Email your order number and clear photos or video to support@craveseal.com. We will review the issue and coordinate an eligible replacement or refund.
